As disciples of Jesus there is a complexity in explaining our relationship with God and how we commune with him. On one hand, salvation seems straightforward: entrust your life to the Lord Jesus Christ. On the other hand, what it means to have fellowship with God - Father, Son and Spirit - needs more explanation. Our final series on discipleship for the year is a doctrine- focussed series looking at our relationship with God - with the Father, with the Son and with the Holy Spirit. We will see how God reveals himself, what it means for God to be Trinity, and how God invites us to have a union with the Trinity. Our hope is that the Communing with God' series will be foundational for us as disciples of Jesus as we are reminded of what it means to be in a relationship with God.
