Christian growth joins confident dependence upon God’s power with deliberate, persistent effort to become more like Christ.

Christ brings us near to God and joins us to a people who help one another persevere in faith, hope and love.

We press on towards wholeness not to secure Christ for ourselves, but because Christ has already taken hold of us.
